The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is the best place for your frame and lens needs. We carry many styles in a variety of price ranges to accommodate everyone. It is our goal to provide you with eyewear you love at a price that is right for your budget.
Follow-up Care and Warranties
30 Day, No Risk Guarantee
This guarantee is good for thirty days following the date you pick up your eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase, we will replace it with a new pair of equal value. This guarantee is limited to one exchange. If the replacement pair if is of higher value than your original purchase, you will be responsible for the difference in pricing.
Progressive Lens Guarantee
This guarantee is good for thirty days following the date you pick up your eyewear. Some patients have concerns that they will have trouble adjusting to progressive lenses, but at The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin there is no need for such worries. If you are not completely satisfied with your new progressive lenses, we will remake your lenses into lined, multi-focal lenses at no additional charge.
Free Follow-Up Care
You will receive free adjustments, minor repairs, nose pad replacements and cleaning from our certified opticians for the life of any eyewear purchased at The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin.
Frame and Lens Warranty
All frames have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which is good for one year from the original date of purchase. The broken portion of the frame must be returned for the manufacturer’s warranty to be effective. This warranty covers any frame defect, but does not cover abuse. Eyewear that is destroyed, lost or stolen is not covered by the warranty. To ensure that your eyewear fits properly, it is important to have occasional maintenance performed. Please stop in periodically for free cleaning, adjustments and fittings to be sure your lenses and frames are kept at their best.
All prescription lenses are covered under a doctor’s prescription-change warranty. This warranty covers a one-time prescription change. It is valid for ninety days from the original written date of the prescription.
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your optical purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, a one-time exchange of frames and/or lenses can be made within 30 days from the date you pick up your eyewear. Any additional upgrades of frames and/or lenses after this time will be the customer’s responsibility.
